The Mystery Shopper must naturally observe the points mentioned in such file throughout his/her stay and fill out a worksheet that should be sent back within two days after the check out. In this worksheet the Mystery Shopper must answer a few questions about Check-in, breakfast, cleaning, quality of service, among others aspects. Once we receive the file, we send you a voucher to exchange at any Che Lagarto Hostel.
